Food is more than just nourishment - food is pleasure, joy, curiosity, surprise, home, security, togetherness and love! Our region offers a variety of good ingredients that we use to give traditional recipes from Aachen and the big, wide world a special twist.

Our breakfast is as international and diverse as the city and its inhabitants, including students and tourists: from Bircher muesli from Switzerland and a Belgian waffle to the Strammer Max and its colleagues. Not forgetting our legendary crab breakfast with North Sea crabs and scrambled eggs on brown bread or the Schick-Belgieck étagère for two. With us, the day always starts in a good mood and very tasty!
